My stay was excellent here. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a good area, short walk to shoping center, casino and stores. Property's staff was accommodating all the time. Loved the room with 2 double beds, my bed was comfortable. The location was marvellous, for example, Museo el Trompo was within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was clean, and I loved the comfortable bed. Plus, I appreciated the iron and ironing board available in the cupboard, easy to freshen up my clothes. The 24-hour pharmacy next door came in handy when I needed toothpaste. Definitely a big win!

Excellent breakfast and convenient location
I stayed for two nights in a Family Room, and I was impressed by the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. The location was perfect for my needs, with numerous restaurants nearby and a handy 24-hour pharmacy right next door. The staff could improve on their friendliness. A warm welcome goes a long way in enhancing the experience.

I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread and the family room was super cozy for us. The hotel also had a nice pool and a relaxing lounge area. The only hiccup was that one of our rooms wasn't ready on time, but it didn't ruin our stay overall 😌
